What are the customer service hours?

Our customer service is available from Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM (CET). We are committed to responding to your inquiries quickly. Typically, you will receive a response within 2 hours during our business hours. Outside of these times, you are welcome to open a support ticket. We will then get back to you on the next business day. Please note that our response times may vary on weekends and public holidays.
